Sindh (HRNW): Sindh Government, will celebrate Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto`s death anniversary on the 4th April by blatant use of public money. In this regard, it has been learnt that the Sindh Government approved Rs. 25 million. It is an irony that the so called democratic rulers are ruining the provincial exchequer in order to celebrate their leader’s day of mourning rather than spending the money in the interest of the public.
