KARACHI: (HRNW) Five people have been arrested in connection with the suicide of a woman in Shadman Town.
The accused made a video and confessed to blackmailing the woman. The search for the two absconding accused is underway. Police have started investigation on the technical basis of the case registered on the incident.
According to details, Sobia, a mother of four, a resident of Shadman Town, had committed suicide by hanging herself from a fan two days ago. Police arrested five accused, including the main accused in the case.
Police have also recovered the mobile phones of the woman and her friend who committed suicide. The mobile phones of the four arrested accused have been confiscated and will be forensicized.
