SUKKUR: (HRNW) The minister for energy Sindh Imtiaz Sheikh has sent a defamation suit worth Rs one billion rupees to the SSP Sukkur Dr Rizwan and demanded a public apology on media within 14 days for hurling baseless allegations.
The minister said in his notice that if SSP Sukkur could not offer apology within 14 days over his baseless and concocted allegations a case would be filed against him.
“SSP Sukkuer’s attempted to damage credibility of me and my family as I belong to an educated and noble family and had been worked a secretary of eight departments and also worked on the slot of principal secretary of former chief minister Sindh,” he stated in the notice adding that SSP has issued alleged secret report which has no link with truth.
