Asad Umar shows government’s keen interest for development in Karachi

Karachi (HRNW)- Federal Minister Asad Umer said that the party leadership was looking for a giant political figure for contesting polls from Lyari but we knew that the people of Lyari will vote for change for anyone who will be an agent of change. Abdul Shakoor Shad contested the elections and defeated giant candidates like Bilawal Bhutto. He was addressing at the inauguration ceremony of charity hospital built by PTI leaders Ghani Awan and Jalal Bachlani. On the occasions PTI local leaders and Members of National and Provincial Assemblies including MNA Abdul Shakoor Shad, Hunaid Lakhani, Ramzan Ghanchi, Sidra Imran, Dr. Sanjay, Adeel Ahmed and others.
“I had a recent meeting with Minister Fehmida Mirza and requested for funds allocation to make a ground in Lyari and engaging the youth of Lyari. I also met CM Sindh and discussed projects in Karachi, there would be no politics when it comes to the interest of the citizens and the city”
“We are willing to work with any political party if its willing to serve the people, K4 project is one of the most significant projects for Karachites in which we have to bring 260 million gallon water from Keenjhar lake to Karachi. I promise the people and Sindh government to allocate 50 percent of its additional cost to be incurred. We will also work on projects near Northern Bypass and Lyari Expressway in order to address the issue of traffic in the city”
“Kamyab Naujawan Program is the key to progress, it will empower our youth and ladies. The main issue we are facing is inflation, PM also conducted a meeting yesterday and the government is about to take strong decisions this month to eradicate this greater issue of the nation”
While discussing alliance with MQM, he added that the motive of MQM and PTI are same which is to serve the people of the city.
MNA Shakoor Shad and Hunaid Lakhani lauded PTI leaders Ghani Awan and Jalal Bachlani for setting up the free hospital and termed it as a gift for people of Lyari.
“Karachi is the prime focus of PM Khan and he is determined to work for Karachi’s development”, Hunaid Lakhani added.
“Parties used Lyari for political purposes in past, but PTI and its elected representatives from Lyari are now working for Lyari’s development, former governments promoted the culture of drugs in Lyari, we will give pens to our youth”, said MNA Shakoor Shad.
MPA Ramzan Ghanchi also said that PPP was defeated by PTI in order to bring a change and we are bringing change in every walk of life.
