86 out of 342 members to attend NA budget session

ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – Following the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country, new rules for the National Assembly budget session have been approved.

According to details, federal government has taken precautionary measures before presenting budget in National Assembly on June 12. The government has approved new rules for the National Assembly budget session.

Adviser to the Prime Minister Babar Awan tweeted about the approval of the rules, saying that a quarter of the 342 members of the National Assembly would attend the budget session at a time.

In the tweet, he added that only members who have to make speeches during the budget debate will be present in the House and quorum will be completed at the time of budget passing.
