KARACHI: (HRNW) The Election Commission (EC) has refused to change the date of by-polls in NA-II constituency of Karachi. The Election Commission has clarified that polling for the by-elections will be held on April 29.
District Returning Officer Nadeem Haider said that the printing of ballot papers has also been completed. The ballot papers will be handed over to the Election Commission in two days. The ballot papers will be transferred under the supervision of police and Rangers.
Nadeem Haider said that more than two thousand police personnel would be on duty in the constituency. The number of Rangers personnel will be one thousand.
