Karachi: One year after the plane crash, Quran recitation has been arranged

Karachi (HRNW) A Qur’an recitation was arranged on the first anniversary of the passengers killed in the PIA plane crash. Staff at airports across the country observed a minute of silence. Qur’an recitation was held in the park adjacent to the crash site.
The prayers were attended by a large number of locals including the families of the deceased passengers.
The relatives of the martyrs complained that they have not been informed about the investigation of the accident so far and no compensation has been paid.
The PIA administration claims that the insurance amount has been paid to 33 heirs. Other heirs have not yet provided inheritance certificates. The amount will be paid as soon as the certificate is received.
