KARACHI: (HRNW) A man was caught snatching purses from women at Baloch Colony Bridge in Karachi. Citizens capture the accused and handed him over to the police after torture.
During a rush on the Baloch Colony Bridge, two motorcyclists tried to snatch purses from the women in the rickshaw. Citizens present there caught one accused while the other escaped.
