Ensure timely elections in cooperative housing societies: Jam Ikramullah Dharejo

Karachi (HRNW)-Provincial Minister for Industries , Commerce and Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has said that elections should be held for timely solution of problems in cooperative housing societies and also the problems faced by these societies should be resolved on priority basis. He said this while visiting the office of the Registrar Cooperative today and holding a meeting with officers. Registrar Tariq Anwar Khokhar, Naveed Abbasi, Ejaz Sheikh, Mansoor Siddiqui, Ejaz Khatri and other officers were also present on the occasion.

Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo further said that the promotion process of the employees of the Cooperative Department should be expedited so that they could work wholeheartedly, asking the concerned officers to write to Sindh Public Service Commission for filling the vacancies of Assistant Registrars. He said that the shortage of staff should be met to ensure smooth functioning of official affairs. Ensure audit of cooperative housing societies as well.

Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo directed the officers to make regular visits to the societies and ensure timely resolution of the problems faced by them. He said that in order to solve the problems of the residents of cooperative housing societies, it was necessary to improve the relations with them.
