Rawalpindi (HRNW) A teachers trainning workshop held at Sapient Hall School System Rawalpindi organised by Oxford Printing Press here at Rawalpindi under the supervision of CEO and Founder, Training Institute For Mentors Excellence and international trainer Oxford Printing Press Ms.Arooj Malik.The highlights of the session were highly interesting interactive group activities specially tailored to deal with multiple intelligences and discussions on child psychology with patches of motivational discourse by the speaker.
During training session while adressing more than 100 teachers of the school system Ms.Arooj Malik said that Differential learning and multi age group dealing are a challenge for teachers.She added, “if Pakistan has to compete with the rest of the world we need to focus proactively on the education and nurturing of young minds, that’s the only way forward”.
She enlightened a keen audience on dealing with mixed ability classrooms & differentiation Child Psychology and Handling.The session concluded on a feedback session of what each teacher was taking back to their classroom from what they learned in the workshop.
