Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that it seems that everyone here has been given a license and a license, the perpetrators of crimes are also non-residents and those responsible for taking action against them are also non-residents. The city also levies garbage collection tax, the non-residents here don’t even believe in paying the electricity bill.
