Alhamra Organized a Recitation Competition of the Holy Quran

Lahore (HRNW) A grand recitation of the Quran-e-Kareem competition was held at the Lahore Arts Council Alhamra in connection with Ashra Rahmatulil-Ul-Alameen (PBUH) here on Friday at Alhamra Arts Center, the Mall.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran and Hamd-o-Sanaa. The students of schools, colleges and madrasas participated in the competition and recited the Holy Quran in their style. Every candidate in the contest was an excellent opportunity to show their skills.
In the competition Muhammad Muzamil Riaz, Muhammad Ziauddin, Qari Muhammad Shahzad, Muhammad Abdul Wahab Ibrahim, Muhammad Rafiq Qasmi, Burhan Rasool, Muhammad Fayyaz, Muhammad Umair, Muhammad Qasim, Qari Muhammad Zain Ul Abidin, Syed Muhammad Khan Tosh, Zubair Ahmed bin Abdur. Rahman, Akhtar Zaib bin Abdul Rahman, Naseerullah, Hafiz Muhammad Zainul Hasan, Hafiz Umar Farooq and others participated in the recitation contest and delivered the Holy Quran in their beautiful voice.
On occasion, Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi thanked the participants in the competition and said that these events require us to be active in adapting our lives according to the Uswa-e-Hasna.
The Shields and certificates were given to those who secured prominent positions in the recitation contest. Alhamra will continue the celebrations of Ashra Rahmatulil-Ul-Alameen (PBUH) till the 12th of Rabi-Ul Awal.
