KARACHI (HRNW) Promotion of sports for a healthy society is the need of the hour. Sports organizers play the role of front patch for sports and athletes.
Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of sports organizers led by sports organizer Mohammad Naseem.
Governor Sindh further said that the promotion of sports in the province and attracting the youth towards healthy activities are among my priorities. We will take all possible measures for the promotion of sports in the province together with the Sindh government.
In the meeting held at Governor House, Vice Presidents of Sindh Olympics Association Eng. President and In-charge Commissioner Karachi Sports Committee Ghulam Muhammad, Director Karachi Development Authority Director Sports Ayaz Munshi, Secretary General of Pakistan Hockey Institute Professor Rao Javed Iqbal, Sports Head of Alpha Education Group Kashif Ahmad Farooqui, Sports Journalist Asghar Azim, Point Karachi Academy Muhammad Khurram and others were present.
On this occasion, the organizer congratulated the delegation on assuming the office of the governor and offered suggestions for the promotion of sports in the province.
