Karachi (HRNW) The weekly performance report of Karachi Police has been released.
According to the report, during the anti-crime in the city, there were 14 encounters between the district police and the robbers, 02 robbers were killed in the exchange of fire, while 17 robbers including 13 injured robbers were arrested. Motorcycles were recovered while recovered weapons have been sent for forensics.
Police arrested a total of 849 suspects during raids in Karachi’s East, West and South Zones last week.
Meanwhile, 116 kg 838 grams of hashish, 03 kg 382 grams of heroin, 02 kg 30 grams of ice and 17 bottles of liquor worth lakhs of rupees were recovered from different areas.
More than 112 different types of weapons were taken into custody from the arrested street criminals, in addition, the Special Investigation Unit arrested 13 suspects during various operations and seized 02 pistols with loaded magazines, 53 kg of 265 grams of hashish, 1006 grams of heroin and 03 Recovered motorcycles and 01 car.
Karachi Police took into custody 47 stolen motorcycles and 06 vehicles in different areas.
