Islamabad (HRNW) Case FIR against six officers of CDA and President of Pakistan Medical Housing Society H-11 Shahid Yaqub Chaudhry for approving the layout plan of the society contrary to the facts, changing the 60/70 feet wide storm drain nullah to 18 feet wide in 2021.
A case has been registered under Sections 409, 109/34 of the Criminal Code for causing loss of life.
Names of director Chaudhry Asadullah, member Ghulam Sarwar Sindhu, director Zafar Iqbal Zafar, Ashiq Ali Ghori, Liaquat Mohiuddin Qadri and DD Abdul Haq Brohi are among the main named accused.
The inquiry sent by former director HR Fayyaz Ahmed Wattoo was completed by FIA inspector Muhammad Yaqoob Mangreo.
