ISLAMABAD: (HRNW) The hearing of PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s Toshakhana case has been shifted to the Judicial Complex from the district and session court.

The Islamabad High Court suspended the arrest warrant and asked him to appear before the lower court in connection with the case. Imran Khan will depart from his residence in Zaman Park, Lahore for Islamabad at 8 AM along with PTI leaders and workers.

Islamabad Chief Commissioner’s Office issued a notification to transfer the court amid security reservations. Imran Khan will appear in Court No. 1 a the Ground Floor of the Judicial Complex in Sector G-11/4 instead of the district and sessions court in Sector F-8.

Session Court Judge Zafar Iqbal had rejected the request to transfer the court but the chief commissioner used his discretionary powers to transfer the court.
