Saudi FM receives phone call from Pakistani counterpart

ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday held a telephonic conversation with his Saudi counterpart and discussed about strengthening Pak-Saudi ties.

The ministers discussed exploring new dimensions for the promotion of mutual cooperation.

During the conversation, Mr. Zardari expressed his desire to increase the ties between the top leadership of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He welcomed the decision to establish diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

The two ministers also discussed the positive effects on the region in case of the restoration of Iran-Saudi Arabia relations.

The conversation highlighted the importance of exploring new avenues for collaboration between the two countries, which can lead to a peaceful and prosperous future for the region.
