KARACHI: (HRNW) Sindh Police on Monday arrested a suspect and foiled a drug smuggling attempt from Quetta to Karachi.
According to the details, the police conducted an operation at Moachko checkpost in Karachi and apprehended the suspect involved in smuggling drugs from Quetta to Karachi, while recovered six packets of drugs from secret compartments in his car.
Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Keamari Fida Hussain stated that the suspect, Khurshid, was smuggling drugs from Quetta to Karachi via Hub road. He further explained that the packets of drugs were concealed and hidden in the car.
The suspect has been transferred to the police station and a case has been registered against him.
