The three-day commercial plots auction of the Federal Development Agency, CDA in Islamabad has ended

Islamabad (HRNW) The three-day commercial plots auction of the Federal Development Agency, Capital Development Authority, in Islamabad has ended.

In the three-day auction of commercial plots, 17 plots were sold for 19.325 billion rupees.

The auction was supervised by the auction committee headed by CDA Member Finance.

The committee made effective arrangements to make public auctions transparent and competitive.

Due to which the investors actively participated in the bid

And got plots according to their choice.

Chairman CDA Captain Noor Alamin Mengal appreciated the effective steps taken by the auction committee, transparency and successful public auction.

It should be noted that on the three days of the auction, commercial plots of different categories in different commercial areas of Islamabad were the focus of attention of investors.

The CDA administration said that the proceeds from the auction will be used to further accelerate the development activities of the city.

In particular, development activities that have been stalled for a long time will be completed on a priority basis.
