A tribute by the International Commission on Human Rights to Corps Commander Karachi’s emergency visit to Badin on a possible storm

KARACHI (HRNW) International Commission on Human Rights Chairman Muhammad Aslam Elahi has praised Corps Commander Karachi and his team for visiting Badin and addressing the emergency press conference there in view of the expected storm at midnight. Pakistan Army has proved that in every difficult hour of the nation, they are at the forefront of serving the people 24 hours. The local authorities in Badin gave a full briefing of the security measures to the Corps Commander, the Corps Commander took precautionary measures to control the emergency situation. Expressed satisfaction and deployed Pakistan Army troops in the affected areas for rescue. Corps Commander Karachi said in his press conference that under no circumstances will the people of Sindh be left alone. Commission Chairman Muhammad Aslam Elahi pays tribute to the Corps Commander Karachi and DG Rangers Sindh for their vigilance and practical measures to protect the public even late at night during this emergency situation, Aslam while talking to HRNW. Elahi said that Pakistan Army is the crown of our head and today once again proved that the people of the country, including Sindh, sleep peacefully at night only because its guards sacrifice their sleep and lives to protect them. But some selfish politicians for their nefarious purposes severely criticize these security forces and try to weaken them to strengthen the intentions of the enemies, Aslam Elahi added. He further said, the public of Pakistan and the Army are together and will defeat every attempt by which the Pakistan Army is weak with their unity.
