Re-advertisement of the Service Counter of Alhamra Cafeteria

Lahore (HRNW) The second round of the open auction process for the service counter of cafeteria hall number one and two of Lahore Arts Council and Alhamra Tuck Shop Cultural Complex Qaddafi Stadium was held at Alhamra Arts Center, The Mall. The auction process started under the supervision of the Executive Director of Lahore Arts Council Mr. Muhammad Saleem Sagar and other Alhamra officers. Bidders, firms, and companies’ representatives participated in the Auction, and once again, the auction process could not be completed due to low bids.

Even before, on June 14, apart from the cafe of Lahore Arts Council, the service counter of Alhamra Hall number one and two and Tuck Shop of Cultural Complex, Qaddafi Stadium were also tendered. Still, the bidders did not bid enough for the amount required in the advertisement. As Per the rules and regulations mentioned in the ad, the third attempt at the open Auction will be held on Monday, June 19, at Alhamra Arts Center, The Mall.

Executive Director Alhamra Mr. Muhammad Saleem Sagar said that the merit is being made very clear and transparent in the open Auction of Lahore Arts Council Cafeteria, Hall No. 1 service counter and Alhamra Tuck Shop Cultural Complex Qaddafi Stadium. He further said that Alhamra is a literary and cultural institution, and literature and culture are the subjects of every individual’s life. Hence, providing quality and traditional food items to the people is our priority.

The firm or company that bids more than the amount mentioned in the advertisement will be declared victorious. And if the bid is not completed for any reason, the ad will be re-advertised.
