Court summons PTI chief in marriage case

ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – A district and sessions court in Islamabad on Thursday summoned the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman in connection with an alleged illegal marriage case.

The presiding judge, Qudratullah, issued a notice to the PTI chief, directing him to appear before the court on Sept 25.

Furthermore, the court directed law enforcement authorities to issue a directive to the superintendent of Adiala Jail, requesting him to ensure the presence of all relevant parties involved in the case.
