Karachi: Protest rally of various religious organizations against Mastung tragedy

Karachi: (HRNW) The first organized protest was held at Saudabad Chowrangi in Karachi to show solidarity with the martyrs of Milad Mustafa (Mustang) on behalf of Jamiat Ulema e Pakistan, Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, Central Jamaat Ahl-e-Sunnat, TLP, Anjuman-e-Islam Youth, Jamiat Ulema Mujadadiyya Naimiyyah, Anjuman Ghulaman Mustafa Malir, Al-Mustafi Welfare and Awam Ahl-e-Sunnat as well as scholars, journalists and social workers participated in large numbers and strongly protested against this tragedy.

Anger was expressed and the government institutions were condemned for the failure of security. The leaders also highlighted the background of the tragedy in their conversation that from the Nishtar Park tragedy to the Mastung tragedy, the Ahle Sunnat Jamaat has been continuously affected.

The lack of organized political power of Ahl-e-Sunnah Jamaat has been considered as our weakness. From the platform of Ahl-e-Sunnat organizations, the leaders of all parties jointly demanded that an investigation committee be formed at the federal level. The ISI should be joined by the IB and the police, as well as local public representatives.

We will not allow the case to be closed by blaming it on religious extremism in Daesh or neighboring countries. We demand that the investigation committee must work under the supervision of the Supreme Court and have an open trial, this should not be ignored, our demand is lasting justice, and ignoring the Ahl-e-Sunnat will only increase the frustration, we believe that the security agencies are continuously failing,

The leaders said to the public this is your time to help yourself, we will organize scouts here in Malir and demand the same from all the Sunni organizations of Pakistan. Those who cry over the grief of the minorities are ignoring the majority and Swaad Azam. The electronic media was controlled not to show the Mustang tragedy. All parties have announced a series of protest campaigns from the platform of Tanzeemat Ahle Sunnat organizations and reiterated the plan of action.

The protest was jointly led by Nabeel Mustafai Central Leader ATI, Babar Mustafa Nazim, Sindh Province, ATI, Anjuman Talaba Islam Karachi Division Leader Osama Mustafa Azmi, Hafiz Imran Madani, Faraz Raza, Mufti Syed Akbarul Haq Qadri from Jamiat Ulema Pakistan JUP, Atif Noorani JUP, Shah Kamil Noorani JUP, Allama Mufti Syed Farhan Shah Naimi from Markazi Jamaat Ahle Sunnat., Maulana Zafaruddin Azmi Mahtamim Aala Darul Uloom Qadiriya Rizvia, Mufti Muhammad Hussain Naimi Secretary of Darul Uloom Mujadiya Naimiya, Dr. Mufti Ghulam Nabi Gul Memon Naimi Jamiat Ulama Mujadiya Naimiya President of Sindh Province, Mufti Bahram Khan Naimi President of Sindh Province Anjuman Ghulaman Mustafa. Muhammad Owais Afaqi Al-Mustafi Welfare, Ameer PS 93 Madan Town Hafiz Shoaib Naqshbandi from Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan, Abrar Mughal Anjuman Anjusan-e-Islam Karachi participated.

On this occasion, a large number of people expressed their anger over the Mustang tragedy and demanded that The perpetrators of the tragedy should be brought forward.
