Illegal foreigners will be expelled from November 1, Haris Nawaz

Karachi (HRNW) Sindh caretaker interior minister Haris Nawaz has said that illegal foreigners will be deported from November 1.

Haris Rauf says that foreigners were given the opportunity to return from Pakistan till October 31. Illegal people are not allowed to live in any country in the world.

The caretaker provincial interior minister said that Sindh-Baluchistan border has been sealed to stop drug smuggling.

He said that there are 10 days left before the warning given to illegal residents expires, after which they will start deporting illegal residents from November 1.

The caretaker provincial interior minister said that a team comprising police, administration and NADRA officers has been formed regarding deportation. He said that by December 2022, 530 migrants had gone back. Currently 1218 immigrants are in jails.

Caretaker Interior Minister Sindh said that they want to make Karachi a crime-free city. The number of foreigners residing illegally in Karachi is three to four lakh.

Caretaker provincial interior minister said steps are being taken to stop smuggling of diesel and oil. Action is also going on against Chalia and Gutka. We are also active against land grabbing.

Meanwhile, caretaker law minister Sindh Umar Soomro said that action will be taken against illegal resident foreigners without discrimination. Action is being taken keeping in view the international laws.
