Karachi (HRNW) The team of Sindh Food Authority has taken action at Maripur and Truck Stand. This action was taken on the direction of Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain. Sindh Food Authority team , led by Deputy Director Kemari Bashir Khan inspected several food centers. Police Mobile and Mobile Testing Lab were also present along with the team on this occasion.
Sindh Food Authority team was accompanied by the students of Food Sciences and Technology Department of Agricultural University, Tando Jam. The team inspected several restaurants, hotels, milk shops and food outlets. The team of Sindh Food Authority also imposed fines on the poor sanitation situation.
Improvement notices were also issued to several food centres. Sindh Food Authority team also directed these food centers to take license from the authority. Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Director Kemari Bashir Khan said that Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain has given strict instructions that food centers in every district should strictly follow hygiene rules.
