Karachi (HRNW) The team of Sindh Food Authority Sukkur along with Director Sukkur Nadeem Chachar have conducted an operation near Ghotki Bypass. Sindh Food Authority team inspected milk and sweets shops. During the inspection, two shops were sealed for selling substandard milk while a notice was also issued to a sweets shop. A total fine of one lakh rupees was also imposed on these shops. It should be noted that actions are being taken against the sellers of substandard food items on the instructions of Chief Minister Sindh and Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhr Hussain.
In his statement, Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain has said that the people associated with food items should get license from Sindh Food Authority. On the instructions of Sindh Chief Minister, indiscriminate action is being taken against the sellers of substandard food items.
