Karachi (HRNW) Inauguration of 6th Sindh College Games 2024 takes place at Karachi DJ Sports Complex, Attended by Special Guest Provincial Minister of Information, Minority Affairs, Social Protection, and President Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, Muhammad Ahmed Shah. In the Ceremony, Provincial Minister of Education, Rana Hussain, and Secretary of College Education Sindh, Sadaf Anis Sheikh, were Also Present. Muhammad Ahmed Shah, Provincial Minister of Information, Minority Affairs, Social Protection, and President Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, along with Provincial Minister of Education, Rana Hussain, Ignites the Flame to Open the 6th Sindh college Games.
Addressing to the gathering, Muhammad Ahmed Shah emphasized the importance of the youth, stating that the future of the country lies in the hands of the young generation. He acknowledged the significant number of youth, particularly women, in the population and encouraged them to strive for progress. Muhammad Ahmed Shah urged if you were not born with a silver spoon, living in small towns or villages makes no difference. He emphasized that success is driven by personal strength and determination, and encouraged them to overcome any obstacles in their path. He shared his own journey, highlighting that they did not have influential relatives but achieved success through their own efforts. Addressing the female participants, Muhammad Ahmed Shah advised them to carry themselves with confidence, asserting that they are no less than anyone else. He urged them to face challenges with resilience and continue their efforts, stating that nothing can hinder their path to success. He also acknowledged the changing times, with access to global knowledge through smartphones, and encouraged the youth to use their role models as inspiration.
It should be noted that thousands of athletes from 370 colleges across Sindh are participating in various competitions in their respective regions. In particular, 3000 athletes from different colleges in Karachi took part in the 6th Sindh College Games. During this event, students also presented cultural tableaus.
