ISLAMABAD (HRNW) Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa will hear cases in Karachi from Monday.
The Chief Justice will hear the cases for the first time in Karachi seven months after taking the
oath Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will head the three-member bench from Monday to Friday.
Karachi Registry released a list of 48 cases for the entire week.
A 15-year-old case was also added to the cause list.
The case against Akram Nabi and others 15 years ago is under hearing on the request of Karachi
Metropolitan Corporation.
Three cases filed 14 years ago were also placed before a three-member bench.
The Chief Justice will meet delegations of Sindh High Court Bar, Sindh Bar Council and lawyers
including the Karachi Bar on Saturday.
