Karachi (HRNW) Rampant illegal construction is continuously carrying on in the different areas of Karachi despite of so called drive against illegal construction.
According to the detail an illegal construction without approved plan is in progress at plot bearing No. A-25, Block-13-D3, Baloch Goth Gulshan-e-Iqbal under the garb of slum area.
The builder has raised yet G+2 and intended to raise further two floors with the complicity and collusion of SBCA Gulshan Town officials.
The residents of the area are apprehensive against this illegal construction due to lack of utilities and parking chaos because the area is suffered narrow streets already.
sources said that the builder has constructed many more building in the area earlier with the cooperation in lieu of hefty gratification with SBCA Gulshan Town zone I.
