LAHORE: (HRNW) The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday has decided to challenge the Lahore High Court (LHC) decision of Fawad Hasan bail in Supreme Court.
According to sources, NAB contemplating other aspects of income beyond means case against Fawad Hassan and will change the decision in the apex court.
Sources said that on February 14, 2019, LHC has rejected his bail plea, however, he has withdrawn his bail plea on December 3, 019 fear of lack of concrete evidence in his plea favour.
