LAHORE: (HRNW) Former principal secretary of former prime minister Nawaz Sharf Fawad Hassan Fawad released from jail after the delay of three days as the court has granted him bail a day earlier but due to technical reasons he could not release.
According to details, both accused- Fawad Hassan Fawad and Sajjad Rabbani- in assets beyond means case have submitted surety bonds of Rs 10 million each, meanwhile accountability court judge Ameer Muhammad Khan has issued the ordered on their release after correction in court orders.
A divisional bench of Lahore High Court comprises of Justice Tariq Abbasi and justice Mushtaq has approved their bail on January 21 but due to mistake the date was written February 21, however, today it has been corrected.
