ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that former PM Nawaz Sharif had gone to London for medical treatment claiming illness but he has not yet been admitted to hospital.
The SAPM Friday took to Twitter and said Nawaz’s medical reports are also not being sent to the government as they have been made conditional with his admission to hospital.
Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said the government will ensure rule of law in the country at every cost. She said law cannot be driven by desires and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders cannot change facts.
Hamza Shahbaz’s bail does not mean he is acquitted, she said while adding that we will not let escape those who want to flee the truth. People can no more be misled and the truth will have to be brought before the nation, the SAPM remarked.
