DI Khan man says postman took Rs200 from his pension

DI Khan (HRNW) An elderly man has accused a postman of taking money from his pension when the post office employee came to deliver the amount at his house in Dera Ismail Khan.

The man said that his total pension was Rs22,200 but the postman took Rs200 from it as a service charge.

Prime Minister Imran Khan announced that people will be paid their pensions at their doorsteps and they don’t need to come out of their houses to get it to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

This man, however, claimed that he has been cheated. He even had a fight with the postman. He has asked the district administration to take notice so that others don’t have to go through what he did.

The authorities have said that they will take action after investigating the case.
