LAHORE (HRNW) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday extended pre-arrest bail of President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shehbaz Sharif till July 16.
According to details, LHC while hearing assets beyond means case, accepted Shehbaz Sharif’s plea requesting exemption from court proceedings.
During the hearing, the court asked that why Shehbaz Sharif has not appeared before the court despite testing negative for the novel coronavirus. Counsel of the Opposition Leader told the court that according to medical experts, a person is considered completely recovered from the virus if he tests negative twice and despite testing negative, Shehbaz Sharif is still showing symptoms of the disease.
