Govt to pay compensation to the families of those died in the factory accident. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo

Karachi (HRNW) Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has said that the Sindh government will provide financial compensation to the families of those died in the New Karachi Saba Cinema Factory incident while those injured in the incident are being provided all kinds of medical assistance and financial assistance will be provided as per their need.

He said this while talking to media on the occasion of his visit to New Karachi Factory. Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo was accompanied on the occasion by Deputy Commissioner Central Raja MB Dharejo, MD Site Pervez Billo, Chief Boiler Anwar Khan and other officers. He added that the exact cause of the incident had not been determined yet.

We were examining the real motives of the incident. Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo said that he had come on the instructions of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah as Sindh Chief Minister was deeply saddened by the incident and he had directed that every possible help should be given to the bereaved families. He added, ‘ Something can be said when the final report of the incident is received and full medical aid is being provided to the injured in the incident’ .

Jam Ikramullah Dharejo assured that those who were negligent would not be forgiven. There is a need for factory owners to take all possible safety measures in their factories so that such tragic incidents do not happen again. He said that the Sindh government shared in the grief with the families of those who died in the incident.
