Sindh Govt is trying to set up new industrial zones in the province. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo

Karachi.  (HRNW) Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has said that the Sindh government is making every effort to establish new industrial zones in the province and next month PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will inaugurate new industrial zone at Larkana which will create new employment opportunities in the region and alleviate poverty. He said this while talking to media persons after a meeting of the provincial cabinet here today.

He said that the coronavirus had dealt a major blow to the industries and the situation was getting better when the load shedding of gas and electricity by the federal government made the situation worse again. Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo said that when there is no gas, how will the wheel of industries run and with the closure of industries, unemployment is increasing at an alarming rate. He added, ‘ Sindh province has been following the policy of the federal government on the issue of coronavirus with full responsibility but the policy of the federal government on this issue has remained flawed’.

Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo said that PPP always strives to provide maximum employment opportunities to the people but due to poor economic policies of the federal government investors are moving their capital abroad which is worrying. He said that the government of Sindh would try to create new employment opportunities next year to end unemployment in Sindh.
