Ostensible seal of illegal bank, deal settled between builder and Safdar Magsi, Shahzad Siyal

Karachi (HRNW) The storm of rampant corruption could not be stopped in Sindh Building Control Authority despite of many Order by the Supreme Court against the encroachments and illegal constructions in the city.

SBCA has become as such stain on the forehead of  Sindh Government that twinkling the light of corruption by hook and crook way.

The recent example has come in this regard that a illegal bank construction were carried out at plot No. B-65, block-L, North Nazimabad Town Karachi on residential plot with the complicity of Director NNT Safdar Magsi and his henchman Assistant Director Shahazad Raza Siyal with lubricant of many millions of rupees allegedly.

After the complaint by some neighbours and watch dogs NGO`s, both above mentioned officials of SBCA ostensibly sealed out the violent site under Section 7-A of SBCO 1979 (amended up to date).

But inner sources revealed with HRNW that both allegedly corrupt officials have directed the builder to carry on his construction inside the wall and gave him task to furnished and occupied the same within number of days. Upon that direction and collusion the builder is constructing the illegal bank site rapidly and working day and night in order to achieve the combined target.

Director Safdar Magsi, who is been known as the butcher in corruption is a notorious official in Sindh Building Control Authority indulging fertile post of Director NNT and Liaquatabad Town simultaneously, but unfortunately the accountability institutions are perhaps waiting his retirement for taking action.
