Eco-friendly gas-powered buses will run in Karachi

KARACHI: (HRNW) The Sindh government has decided to bring Eco-friendly bio-gas buses after electronic buses. On the Red Line BRT bus project, two and a half hundred buses will run on gas energy.

In a meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah in Karachi, he said that a bio-gas plant would be set up in Landhi Kettle Colony from where 11 tons of compressed bio-gas buses would be supplied. Redline BRT will run from Malir Halt to University Road Exhibition.
