Karachi: Meeting on plans of local government department

KARACHI: (HRNW) A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Sindh Syed on the plans of Local Government Department.

Various projects of Local Government Department were discussed in the meeting. Chief Minister Sindh approved to buy 8 snorkels for Rs. 80 million.
Murad Ali Shah said that three snorkels are in Karachi and Hyderabad. Nawabshah, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas and Larkana will be given one each.

All snorkels will be purchased in the new fiscal year.
The meeting also decided to purchase 102 tractors and trolleys for the municipal committees of the province.
In the meeting, Chief Minister Sindh also gave instructions to clean the drains of KMC and DMCs.
