Water shortage in Sindh is affecting agriculture, Ismail Rahu

KARACHI: (HRNW) Sindh Agriculture Minister Ismail Rahu has said that agriculture is affected due to severe water shortage in Sindh. As soon as Imran Khan came to power, he started holding institutions hostage.

Addressing a press conference, Ismail Rahu said that the federal government, like NAB and FIA, has also taken Irsa hostage.

Ismail Rahu said that when the floods hit Sindh, the federation did not cooperate with Sindh. Due to shortage of water, less than one lakh acres of cotton will be planted in Sindh this year. It is also becoming difficult to save the cotton that has been planted due to lack of water.
