Karachi (HRNW) PDMA has issued rain alert in Sindh. Heavy rains are expected in different districts from August 15 to 17.
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert to the Sindh administration. According to PDMA, rains are likely in different districts of Sindh from August 15 to 17. Rain is also expected in Dadu, Mirpur Khas with stormy winds.
The agency said that heavy rains are also expected in Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad and Shaheed Benazirabad.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has also forecast rain on August 14.
The agency said that there would be heavy rains in different parts of the country from August 12 to 17, while landslides were expected in the hilly areas and floods in the low-lying areas.
