Karachi. (HRNW) Director Excise and Taxation ( Property Tax) Ms Samina Bhutto has asked the property tax defaulters to deposit their due taxes before 30th September and if they deposit their due taxes before last date, they will get 5 percent tax relief. This she said in a statement, issued here on Sunday.
She added, ‘ Computerized property tax chsllans have been issued. If anyone has not received it yet, he may visit Sindh Excise & Taxation and Narcotics Control Department’s website www.excise.gos.pk and after following a simple procedure, may generate challah form and tax amount as well. It will save time and money too. Incase of problem in getting challans, they can call or visit Directorate for assistance. 021-99231163 or may contact ETO concerned.
Director Excise and Taxation Property Tax Ms Samina Bhutto said that business organizations and traders unions should contact to concerned focal persons, assigned by Sindh Excise and Taxation Department to facilitate them in order to deposit their due property taxes. She requested, being law abiding citizens, property tax defaulters should deposit their taxes on time and avoid any untoward situation because on non payment of property taxes, their houses, business and shops may sealed.
