3 accused arrested in Karachi for looting Rs 200 million

KARACHI: (HRNW) Three accused of robbing Rs 20 crore from a bank van in Karachi have been arrested from Peshawar. Rs 7 million and a vehicle used in the incident were also recovered from the accused.
The accused had robbed a vehicle carrying money from a private bank in Karachi on August 10. Rs 205 million was looted during the incident.
Peshawar police officials said that a case was registered in Karachi’s Metha Dar police station in connection with the incident. Karachi police has been informed about the arrest of the accused.
