Karachi (HRNW): A citizen has approached the Consumer Protection Court East Karachi against the company for not getting the vehicle on time. The petitioner has taken the position that the company was supposed to give the car in July, but has not given it yet. The petitioner said that he had deposited Rs. 1.5 million at the time of booking in February.
The petitioner has requested the court to get the vehicle from the company. The court issued notice to the company and adjourned the hearing till November 18.
