Letter from Nazim Jokhio’s brother to IG Sindh for setting up JIT

Karachi (HRNW): Nazim Jokhio murder case plaintiff and victim’s brother Afzal Jokhio has written a petition to IG Sindh to set up JIT.
Afzal Jokhio wrote in the petition that on November 3, my brother was killed within the limits of Memon Goth police station. I am not satisfied with the investigation so far. The main accused Jam Owais and Jam Abdul Karim are not being properly interrogated.
Afzal Jokhio said in the petition that clothes, slippers, mobile phone, wallet and other documents of the slain Nazim Jokhio could not be recovered.
The petition states that Jam Owais and Abdul Karim are being treated as special guests. The foreigners are not being investigated and their names could not be ascertained. The vehicle in which the victim was abducted was not recovered.
Afzal Jokhio has demanded that other serious provisions including terrorism be included in the case. A new JIT headed by SSP Tanveer Alam Odho should be formed. Rangers and intelligence officers should be included in JIT. Protect plaintiffs, witnesses and lawyers.
