Alhamra Marked Quaid Day with Full of Devotion

Lahore (HRNW) On the happy occasion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah-s 145th Birthday, the Lahore Arts Council organized an exhibition and a portrait painting competition of Quaid’s here on Saturday, at Alhamra Art Gallery, the Mall. Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi inaugurated the exhibition along with Alhamra’s officers.
The exhibition features beautiful and rare portraits of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Khan by great artists includes Saeed Akhtar, Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi, and Mahmood Butt. The young artists of Alhamra Academy of Performing Artists were also on display.
Fareeha Washe got the first, Wazir Muhammad Khan on second, and Asa Nasrullah secured the third position in the painting competition. Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi distributed the cash prizes and certificates among the winners and wished them the best of luck for the future.
On occasion, ED LAC Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi said that our Quaid won a separate state of Pakistan and printed his name forever in the pages of history. He further said that “We, as faithful followers, must start to incorporate the importance of unity, faith, and discipline in our lives as this would be the biggest tribute to the Quaid’s cause. The Lahore Arts Council is on the way to fulfilling Quaid’s vision of development in literature, art, and culture.
