Karachi (HRNW) The court ordered the release of Asif Memon, director general of the Karachi Development Authority (KDA).
A case of abuse of power was heard against arrested DG KDA Asif Ali Memon in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge South in Karachi. The court released the arrested accused while discharging the case against Asif Memon.
The court ordered Asif Memon to submit a bond of Rs one lakh. The court sent another accused Atif to jail on judicial remand.
