Karachi: Corona case rate has reached to 40%

Karachi (HRNW) Corona rates in Karachi continue to rise. In one week, Corona’s rate rose from 15.5 percent to close to 40 percent.

In 24 hours, 6,124 tests of Corona virus were conducted in Karachi, as a result of which 2,412 new cases were reported.

Fever and sore throat are common complaints in Karachi, with an estimated 40% of the city’s population suffering from fever.

The announcements made by the Sindh government to implement SOPs are so far limited to announcements, no practical steps have been taken.

The NCOC convened a meeting of provincial health and education ministers yesterday. From tomorrow, there will be a complete ban on food supplies on domestic flights and transport.
