Qalandar Shahbaz’s 770th annual Urs begins at Sehwan

Sehwan (HRNW) Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s 770th Annual Urs Mubarak was inaugurated by Fayyaz Ali Butt, Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr . He also offered fateha. On this occasion Secretary Awqaf Javed Sibghatullah Mehr, Chairman Mela Committee Deputy Commissioner Jamshoro Capt. (Retd) Farid-ud-Din Mustafa, Chief Administrator Awqaf Zahid Ali Shar, SSP Jamshoro Javed Baloch were also present. Fayyaz Ali Butt, Advisor on Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr of Sindh, said that it was an honor for him to inaugurate Urs Mubarak after two years.

Pilgrims were their guests and we were hosts and any inconvenience or problems faced by the visitors would be resolved on priority basis. To a question, he said that Prime Minister Imran Khan used to say that if the dollar goes hihg then to understand that the Prime Minister of this country is a thief, then look at the value of dollar and tell who is the thief. To another question, he said that the case of Sindh House would be submitted into the court of law.

We fully believe in judicial system of Pakistan. Fayyaz Ali Butt added, ‘ A cricketer can never be a good politician so the politicians like Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari should be given a chance because they are real democratic’. He said that some days back we launched a successful long march and leadership of PPP is the custodian of Pakistan. Whenever PPP leadership call us, people will follow from Sindh to Kashmir. He said that foolproof security arrangements had been made on the occasion of Urs Mubarak. All concerned agencies had been alerted.’ Sindh has always been the land of Sufis and we believe in harmony and peace’ . he concluded. Later, Deputy Commissioner Chairman Mela Committee Farid-ud-Din Mustafa presented Shahbaz Award and special publication Jhan Ruqaum to the provincial advisor Fayyaz Ali Butt.
