London (HRNW) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has met with his elder brother and party leader Mian Nawaz Sharif in London after arriving in the country earlier in the with.
He is leading a delegation comprising federal ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Miftah Ismail, Ayaz Sadiq, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Saad Rafiq, and Khawaja Asif and other party leaders.
Khawaja Saad Rafiq has been granted special exemption by the federal cabinet to travel as his name was on the exit control list.
Media reported after arriving in the city, the prime minister has gone to his residence. Other members of the delegation were staying at a local hotel.
Shehbaz has held a one-on-one meeting with Nawaz Sharif and then another meeting included other leaders.
Maryam Nawaz later shared a video of Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif hugging each other the the elder Sharif giving a pat on the back of his younger brother.
